This dress is perfect for Valentines Day! The bodice has side ties that make a bow in the back, and short puff sleeves with elastic at the edges. The back of the dress closes with snaps. The full gathered skirt is knee length and has a darling white ruffled apron, with heart shaped pockets adorned with white satin ribbon!
